  • Full- or part-time role, as CEO to take a business through a particular transition that is required to meet shareholder goals.
  • The length of such roles is dependent on the nature of the transition and can be from a few months to a few years.

  • This works well with entrepreneurial lead companies where the founders want professional managerial assistance, but wish to stay in the CEO role. Such assistance can be short term to assist in the building of the plan or longer term to assist with effective implementation.
